Fees
The criterion for determining the fees are specified in the Lawyers' National Internal Regulations (article 11.2 of the Lawyers' National Internal Regulations (Règlement Intérieur National de la profession d'avocat)).

A fee agreement is signed between the lawyer and the client. It includes the fees amount or how those fees are determined. The fees covers foreseeable diligences, planned costs and disbursements.

Mélanie BAZILE charges, depending on the case and based on your choice, a fixed fee determined in advance, or a fee determined by the time spent on the case, to which may be added a complementary result fee.

Legal aid is accepted.

Part of the legal fees can be covered by your legal protection insurance. Remember to check your insurance contract (and espacially your home insurance), and with your insurance provider to learn about their policy.

The amount of the fees will always be shared in advance, for the appointments in Mélanie BAZILE's office, for written consultations, for the drafting of legal documents, for hearings, or for legal expertises...

The first appointment will be deduced from future fees should you chose to entrust Mélanie BAZILE with your case.
