Administrative law relates to the functioning and organisation of the State (Etat), the local authorities (region (Région), county (Département), city (Commune)), and other public organizations (such as public companies), as well as their relationships with private companies or individuals.

Public law cases are heard by the administrative courts : the Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal administratif), the Administrative Court of Appeal (Cour administrative d'Appel) and the Council of State (Conseil d'Etat).

CASE
HANDLING
A fee agreement is concluded, which provides a provision upon signing. I will then draft the required legal act, and will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
